The other day i was enjoying a stroll with my partner when we noticed someone in the local river struggling and a life ring get thrown in, which missed. his two mates then jumped in and tried to save him but neither of them had a clue how to effect his rescue but try and hold him up. then one of them swam to retrieve the life ring and he was finally dragged to shore. nothing but his pride hurt. my partner was on the 9's to the police control room where she works and i was preparing to go in and help save him ( i am a qualified lifeguard) when the police arrived it transpires that he somehow managed to "fall" in despite him being a good 10m from the side. As a law degree student studying Intellectual Property i found this lawsuit interesting.... heres the link to the Story what are your views on it? do you think its a blatant copy by samsung and therefore infringes Apples' Registered designs and patents? or do you merely think that the things that Apple claim have been copied are universal to the products and they shouldn't be able to claim a monopoly over certain aspects of their ipad. or are you on the middle of the fence? could one aspect copied be an infringement in you opinion or is it all the small similarities put together that makes it an infringement
