Yup, lots do it now, but is this a police matter? I appreciate insurance companies can make a policy null and void, but if admitted to Police do we have the power to do anything? If so, if it's an FPN, is it main driver or named that gets the ticket?

I came across a video on another forum, showing someone shooting at people with a paintball gun, on YouTube. Apparently he was 'dry-firing', but still intimidating folk. I was wondering what crimes were being committed, and if any, how best to report them. I've tried crimestoppers, who weren't interested as I didn't have a date or location, and was told to call 101 and ask to speak to the met (apparently the video was filmed in London). A person is issued with an interim injunction order served by the council and it sets out conditions not to cause annoyance and a nuisance to neighbours and has a power of arrest. The person breaks the injunction order conditions and the person is arrested by Police does it mean that that person has to be interviewed by Police or is he/she just sent to court?

If a person in a store serves a child under 18 alcohol then that person will be issued with a PND. If another test purchasing operation is done again and the same person sells an under 18 child alcohol they are no eligible for another PND so do Police deal with it or do Council enforcement trading standards team deal with it? If the answer is that the Police have to deal I assume you report them for summons. What is your view and what is your experience on test purchasing operations?

I'm surprised this has not been talked about before on here. Or if it has I apologise for missing it! If while indulging in this particularly interesting of hobbies one is caught, what are the legal implications? I understand civil trespass vs aggravated trespass etc. Does anybody have any experience in this sort of thing? Ever had an 'urbex' related call? I suppose my main question is if I have a go at it myself and get caught by a grumpy land owner, am I likely to be rejected from any future police application process? Semi-Real scenario but nothing to do with me... Disclaimer noted just in case Person A buys a train ticket at full fare but is 'advanced rate' so no refund possible. Person A cancels the trip so doesn't need the ticket. Person A sells the ticket for face value to Person B who will use the ticket. Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere, I have made reasonable effort using the search bar in regarding to this question. A driver is pulled over by ANPR with suspected no insurance. The sole occupant of the vehicle is a male driver who is in his late forties. When questioned, the driver insists he is covered by his own insurance policy, third party. Hi, my dad's house was forceably enetered due to concern for his welcare. He had already been admitted to hospital. 1) Shouldn't the poilice have checked that first 2) After breaking in through a window, they then called a building servcies company to come. They put up a bit of chip board and glued it in - a 5 minute job - he did not even bother to pick up the brocken glass. . They have now invoiced my dad for £150. Should they have not got soemone to reglaze the window. he now has to pay the £150 for the "repair" and another amoutn for soemone to come out and take off the chipboard and replace the window.
