He got bailed for 3 months His phone was seized When he turned up to the station, the OIC told the receptionist that he was RUI'd Does that mean the oic sent the files to CPS already? Or are they still looking at his phone? Or talking to victims?

my brother's phone was confiscated by the police he answered bail and he was released under RUI the OIC refuses to reply to his emails is there any chance the police just forget about the case, especially if it was relatively low level ?

Hello everyone, A yr in the past I got a speeding ticket for going 15km/hr. over the limit. I'm listening to conflicting data about what takes place if the cop would not exhibit up to my trial. Does the case get routinely dismissed? Or are there different elements at play? Filing a movement 11(b) for a quickly trial sounds overwhelming. Can everyone share their experiences and shed some mild on this scenario as I'm awaiting it? Thanks!

Good evening, I am currently conducting some research into decision making and risk management models, very much an academic process at present. Utilising the National decision making model, IMARCH and Decision Controls inline with JESIP principles and ethics. However, those models alone do not necessarily fully cover how Police officers make decisions, or wider formation of decisions and considerations. So the question is: What models do you use to make decisions, what processes do you find useful and what do you use to crib off? Any input is really helpful and welcome.

Errors or material discrepancies? I'm writing up an assessed statement as a part of my training but I'm not sure how to cover the E. I was of the understanding ADVOKATE needed to be covered by the witness in their statement, but I do I cover these errors if they're the first person we've taken a statement from? Hi all! So I had my exam the other day on TWOC and I needed some clarity on a question that I had got wrong. A women finds a vehicle on her drive way and needs to move it to allow her car to get out. She notices the window is open so uses the steering wheel to move it down the road. She doesn’t sit inside the car, just uses her arms through the window. Would this count as TWOC? Hi all! I maybe over thinking this. I’ve currently got a case file waiting for review by my SGT for a disqual driver. He was stopped a month ago and a VA was arranged. I saw him off duty driving three days before the VA. He has admitted both. I saw him driving again on my rest days. He has said he’ll keep driving. I want to arrest him, interview for when I’ve seen him off duty and look at a remand. Sometimes the custody sgts can be a bit hit and miss and prompt and effect for interview may not be enough. (I’ve had a DP rejected for a high risk DA because I could have VAd them. Ignoring the fact she tried to hide and is NFA…).
