Hello, I am an 18 year old Scottish student, currently at University. On my very last day of school in June, a group of us thought it would be funny to drive up and down our local high street a couple of times tooting our horns. On a strobe lightbar which has blue 360's as well as the red rears, it has a white lamp on the front. If the white lamps were activated only, would that give the same rights as blue lights, or would motorists simply ignore them? As they would be higher up than flashing headlamps.

I have recently been asked to attend a local street with a school on it ( I bet you can see where this is going..), that is rather narrow and has 4 bus stops along it. Married couple, Husband has an affair with another woman. Lets use the example of a multi storey car park. You come across a group using rock climbing kit to abseil off of a multi-storey car park. They're using the tow bar fitted the back of the car as an anchor point. They're not causing any damage to the property and they seem reasonably competent to you. They've also gained access to the top legally simply by getting a ticket at the barrier and driving in? What, if any laws are the breaking and what action would you take?
