Hi all, I'm new to the forum. Thought I would drop by and say hi (cheesy rhyme) Anyway I've been contemplating joining the force for the last 18 months. New Year came I thought I'm going to really try my all and go for it. I'm from the West Midlands and have been checking daily for when recruitment starts again and nothing. Though I did get an email to my accound about the MDP, I have been doing lots of research and the more I read the more it felt the career for me. So I'm currently working on my application in the first draft. I'm finding the questions abit challenging, not in the sence of answers, just how to answer them in the best way. I know from freinds and fam…

Just thought i'd best come in here and say hello to you all, this is my first post on here as i only found out about this site yesterday, i have been a member on a couple of the other police forums for the last couple of years. A bit about me, i'm three quarters of the way through my first year of being a Special Constable and eventually looking at going full time, when that will be i'm not entirely sure but that is the plan. Away from policing i'm in my second year as an apprentice joiner and i'm also in to watching football.

Hey, another new guy =). Joined because I'm seriously considering joining the police force but I'm not sure where to go with my A levels and which degree to get etc. I'm guessing that there are quite a few people on here that I would be glad to get help off.

Hello everyone! I am Nadia and I am new to this forum. I always wanted to be a Police Officer. I never had a chance because when I finished college in my country I found women where not allowed to do this or gain access to the Police force or Army. Both were strictly for men. But never is too late. I have applied here and I am waiting for the fitness tomorrow. Nadia
