Hi Ladies and Gentleman, I've set foot on a very weird career path since I left Sixth Form and joined a small firm as an apprentice in Marketing. I've always wanted to work on the railway as a customer service assistant, conductor or as a train driver, but as age restrictions limited me from choosing this field of work whilst I was at Sixth Form I had a choice of either staying or choosing an apprenticeship to build up experience. Now, after a year's worth of an apprenticeship in marketing I'm at a point where I'm looking for a place of work which I can stay and progress in to be something I'm proud of doing, make others happy and make myself happy from doing it. …

Good morning all, I am currently in the application stage with Police Scotland. I look forward to discussing the process with like minded members who are in the same position. I live out with Scotland, as I am serving in the Army, based in the south of England and I look forward to moving back to the borders.

Hi, Nick here, just got confirmation that I am on the September course at Wethersfield for MOD Police training. Cant wait to move up there and get stuck in! I noticed there is some discussion online regarding the force and the new intake which I would like to contribute to.
