I'll bet that there are a few people 'gripping' the rail in the Commons and the Lords at the moment, if, that is , there is any truth to come out. Nothing would surprise me after hearing of all the thing that savile (small s deliberate) got up to, and harris as well.

    • Sales of 32 under-used sites have delivered £125m to be reinvested in frontline policing – 3 x original estimate • £12.5m savings in full year running costs – equivalent to annual cost of 200 police officers • Old police stations become schools and homes and make direct contribution to ensure police numbers stay at around 32,000 The Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, has today announced that sales of under-used police buildings across the capital last year raised £125 million – more than three times the original estimate. The figures, published in the second annual report of the Mayor's Office for Policing And Crime (MOPAC), show that 32 buildings that were no longer ope…

Not sure what to make of this. It's a story that apparently comes from a message on the internet regarding a jihad against the west. Someone has researched this and the origins of the message are.....well have a read. It may surprise you, it may not. http://www.lacunae.org/incitement-to-violence I first saw the story on UK Cop Humour. www.facebook.com/UKCopHumour

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2682670/Police-forces-hand-470-000-group-dubbed-left-wing-Freemasons-training-courses.html As this is a DM article, it might be hot-air but if it is even half true, it seems inappropriate for senior government officials and Police officers to be spending money on "training" that simply leads to them being "inspired" and having access to a private network of 35,000 like-minded folk.

A teenage girl and 39-year old man who desecrated an Edinburgh mosque by attacking it with strips of bacon have both been jailed. Chelsea Lambie, 18, from Paisley, was sentenced to 12 months and Douglas Cruikshank, from Galashiels, to nine months. They attached bacon to door handles and threw strips inside Edinburgh’s Central Mosque on 31 January 2013. Cruikshank pled guilty. Lambie was found guilty after denying the charges. Sheriff Alistair Noble, at Edinburgh Sheriff Court, said: “It does not seem to me there is any way to deal with this case other than by custody.”During an earlier trial, the court heard a Blackberry mobile phone was found in Lambie’s clothing when …

Policeman in hospital after Princes Street attack A POLICEMAN has been taken to hospital with a shoulder injury after brawling with a knife-wielding man on Princes Street. The man was overpowered using a taser gun and has also been taken to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary for treatment. The incident sparked after two armed officers on a routine patrol noticed a man “whose behaviour gave them cause for concern”. When approached by the officers, he began “acting aggressively” and a struggle ensued which resulted in a taser being deployed. The incident, which caused traffic disruption across the city centre, took place at around 5.15pm. The man was tak…

Rather than have a new thread leading on from a topic already being discussed, I've moved the preceding posts into the following thread http://www.policeuk.com/forum/index.php?/topic/19675-government-shredding-of-pie-files-cover-up/#entry543804 to avoid duplication. I'll lock this thread.
