Man Charged For Damaging Burgers "A man has been charged with causing criminal damage to two hamburgers worth £5 after an alleged doorstep dispute with a fast food firm. Stephen Morgan, 31, of South Wales, underwent a police grilling after he was arrested and taken from his home in handcuffs at the weekend. He is due appear at Swansea Magistrates' Court, in south Wales, next Monday. Morgan was at home in Culfor Road, Loughor, near Swansea, with partner Michelle Owen on Saturday evening. Praying and what seemed like hoping another Officer was for the chop. I do not see much in the papers now that the Officer has been seen to do his job correctly. :smiley_notworthy: :smiley_notworthy:

Does the motoring charges amount to a higher crime than common assault or Criminal Damage? The reason I ask, is that we were informed at sully, that spitting is a common assault offence, surely this is similar. The flip side, I guess is whether a criminal or civil offence should be registered.

Yorkshire to London cycle ride to raise awareness of the disgraceful condition of the National Police Memorial and lack of funding to repair and maintain it. A CHEATING boyfriend was jailed for 25 years yesterday for trying to murder his heavily pregnant partner so he could benefit from her will. Simon Morris attacked Nerys Price with a hammer while she slept and tried to make it look like a botched burglary. He planned to cash in on her will and start a new life with his secret lover. A prisoner serving a life sentence for murder has absconded while on an escorted visit to a town centre. Brian Clayton, 45, from Chelmsley Wood, West Midlands, was visiting Stafford with a prison officer when he was last seen at about 1525 BST on Wednesday. Clayton is serving a life sentence at Featherstone Prison near Wolverhampton for a murder he committed in 1984. Leanne Richardson, 26, and Ross Welsh, 30, had to be physically stopped mid sex act by officers from Portobello police station in Edinburgh.
