    Given the collapse of the trial against the six protestors who were charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated trespass raises the issue of how arbitrary it appears in who gets prosecuted.     A man accused of robbery and considered dangerous is on the run after escaping from court. Jeremy Pearce, 21, fled from Wimbledon Magistrates' Court in west London at around lunchtime on January 3. He was appearing in court after being charged with three counts of robbery and one count of possessing an offensive weapon.
