Does anyone know if Im supposed to be issued with an earpiece and first aid pouch in my uniform kit bag, as I have these missing, or will I get these at division. And does anyone have a up to date list of the things we are meant to get excluding the vest, heavy hi vis, fleece, 2 trousers, 1 water proof trousers, hat, 1 white shirt, 3 polos thanks tina

well .... the good news has come at long last ... I've been acepted. Who else got some good new?

Well, I had my medical 3 weeks ago now! Since then my online status has changed to 'awaiting background status' But apart from that I haven't heard a thing!!! Is anybody else in the same boat? Or should I have heard something back by now?? Thank You!!

For everyone who has their Induction this weekend, How are you all getting on with your home learning pack? There is quite a lot to do before the weekend........especially if some of you are just starting it! Josh

As the title goes, has anyone recieved your medical date, also has your vetting been completed? I waited a week after my WYP intranet application thingy changed to "Medical appointment" before ringing recruitment. Apperantly it can take 3 weeks for our vetting to go through and medical dates to be issues shortly! So fingers crossed for a short turn around!

Hey guys, i've got my medical and drugs test on the 26th of July. I was just wondering if anyone can tell me what exactly goes on?

Well I Finally got my medical done today and passed it all from what the doc says. At first I was really worried but it all seems to be nice and relaxed so for you who are still waiting to do a medical dont worry as it's very relaxed and the nurse and doc were very nice.

The seminar will be on the 29th of June. I'm not sure what time but you should all recieve a letter in the post this week telling you dates and times of all your training etc etc etc Josh :D

Hey I have misplaced the number for the Uniform fitting people lol (I think its Unit 41 or something like that) does anyone have a contact number for them.

I was just wondering if whilst your training as a special you could use gym facilities at the station? I would probably be based at Dewsbury but if anyone does know anything on it, it would be appreciated.

Hi there to one and all, I applied to Airedale and North Bradford on The 5th of April and was just wondering how long i should expect to wait until i hear something. On the WYP website it says my application is under review, This has been the case for a few week now i fully appreciate that the PaperSift is a lengthy and timely process however was just wondering how long it would normally take and if anyone else has heard anything yet. Thank you for any information wil be much appreciated. Luke.
