Curious about how Surrey Police shoulder / collar numbers are? I have noticed when I've been out and about in Surrey that they usually have five numbers with no letters or anything... are these the same numbers as what would be your warrant number?

It's right on the edge of Surrey, and as it doesn't have a dedicated station anymore, only an office in the town hall, do you think it'd be a good idea if it were handed back to the MET? In my view, I think it'd be a good idea as it'd be a lot easier for Kingston and Sutton resources to cover it, than say Redhill units. Purely hypothetical, what do you think? I'll just add that I'm not a serving officer with either force.

Over the last 2 days I have seen some shiney new cars fitted with covert blues. When I saw the first one I thought it might have been a special unit etc. But today I saw uniformed officers in one. Are Surrey moving away from Ford ? I haven't listed what car make or model as these appear to be brand new and probably not widely known about.

hi. i have just about finished making a 1/14 scale radio controlled range rover traffic unit GX06 FUB in full reflective battenburg livery complete with multi flash strobe headlights and flashing grille repeaters,a 16 led all blue lightbar 8 sequence multi flash front and rear leds. currently for sale on ebay. vehicle just requires police signage for bonnet and crests to finish.
