Being an avid horse rider, and often riding out on my own. Its often concerned me, if I was to fall off and was eventually found how would people contact those I need? Now, for a while i've heard about ICE (In Case of Emergency) number. My question to you is, if you came across an injured person, which is unconscious or dazed and confused how many of you would think to go through the phone and contact the ICE? Thank you :D

We all know that no two days are the same in the police force, and I have often heard long serving officers saying something along the line of "just when you think you have seen it all..." So my question is, what are the most unusual/strange/bizarre/humorous things you have ever come across on duty? Just to give us wannabe specials a taster of the more random things an officer can face

Just out of curiosity, if a regular wants to be a Dog Handler how will they go around doing it? Will they be chosen? Do they have to be working a certain amount of years or can they just say they want to do it and go through a selection process etc. Cheers.

Hi, I'm currently mid way through my Specials training and through the training I've become aware that going to court is a very likely possibility. I knew there's a chance of me having to go before I applied but the training has made it sound like that I could be going very often. As I am a Special I am concerned that too many court appearances could affect my day job. Therefore the question is, how often do you as Specials go to court in a year? Thanks!

Home Sec T.May has announced that police officers pay packets are to be reduced to save frontline police jobs nationwide in light of the deficit. This appears to fall beside the reduction in the 'police budget'. Are 'extrodinary circumstances' enough? what do you think about less pay for police? Is this a reasonable price to pay to save peoples jobs?
