Is it me or does anybody else find this story distasteful and inappropriate. How the hell is this news. They have shamed and attacked the person in question without any reason. I see no real reason for this character assassination, other than it is a possible reason to have another go at police officers in general at this chaps expense. I thought Levinson was meant to stop this. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/4957113/We-find-the-nations-chubbiest-police-officer.html

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2336446/Theresa-May-Beggars-thieves-EU-flocking-streets-Britain.html - here we go again, Ms May talking tough, but we all know nothing will happen. We will still be in the same situation in ten years time. It took 10 years to get rid of Abu Hamza, Aba Qatarda is still her ten years on, there are hundreds of criminals in the UK who HMG want to deport, but those unelected Judges tell us we can't because one has a kitten, and the other has a girlfriend. Ms May, show some acumen, just put them on a plane and send them back, and stop people at Dover,, or wherever, and send them straight back. The Judges in Brussels can't impriso…

http://www.walesonline.co.uk/news/wales-news/gwent-police-chief-set-stand-4051639 - I wonder if the Gwent |PCC was too fond of trying to be Chief instead of just the PCC. There are many stories going around about back room arguments etc etc. Chiefs should have been given some form of protection/appeal etc from arrogant PCC who throw 'hissy fits' if they can't have their own way. i

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2333474/Army-Captain-punched-policewoman-face-caught-urinating-alley.html - so this is the type of Scum they have in the British Army. He should have been charged with assault on police, not just let off with a caution and a small compensation payment. These people are always sorry after the event.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-tees-22764189 Brief quote: "Cleveland's mounted police section is to be scrapped to save money. The force has already said it will axe hundreds of officers in an effort to save an estimated £26m by 2014. Chief Constable Jacqui Cheer said disbanding the unit of five horses, two members of staff and seven officers was "one of the hardest" she had ever made. The officers will be redeployed, but the two members of staff will lose their jobs. The force said the move would save about £88,000 a year. The force said the unit, based at Ormsby Hall, costs £521,000 a year to run. Mrs Cheer said: "I want to make it clear that this is in no …
