I was watching a criminologist (I think he was) on the news this morning, and it was being said that cregan (small c deliberate) is likely to be given a very very rough time indeed in prison. Let's hope that that is the case. Apparently, the criminologist was saying that there are three cases at present that are being appealed against in the European Courts because the three prisoners were given a whole life sentence and if the appeal is upheld the sentence would be illegal. If that happens then cregans case could also go the same way. F.F.S. declaring his sentence illegal too for gods sake.
