They will be backed by a team of five existing park police officers to be used for public events. The council is using the Mayor of London's three year 'buy one get one free scheme' to…

The mother of jailed Matthew Banks has vowed to do everything she can to get her son freed for Christmas. Debbie Ennis fears he will have to serve the full 14-day sentence. She is vowing to take his case to the highest court in the land. She said: "It’s ludicrous. I do not understand what the judge was trying to achieve by putting him behind bars." http://menmedia.co.uk/manchestereveningnews/news/s/1468604_jurors-mum-british-justice-stinks---my-son-thought-hed-get-slap-on-the-wrist He won`t be doing that again, there is the achievement. Maybe bring your son up not to lie, and take the responsibility of serving your country with the full respect it deserves.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2076997/Juror-Matthew-Banks-jailed-Christmas-phoning-sick-halting-trial.html 19 year old sits on a jury, then calls in sick after a few days so that he can go and watch Chicago with his mum. He's been jailed and his mother and boyfriend think it's disgraceful how he's been treated. Probably best he didn't carry on sitting on the jury - as he doesn't appear to have a sense of what's right, and what's wrong. Fool.
