http://www.bbc.co.uk...ngland-19804621 A chief constable has warned that a low turnout in the police and crime commissioner (PCC) elections could lead to extremists being elected. Does anyone actually know who their PCC candidates are? has anyone chosen? I have tried to find out who my potential leaders and and cant work it out. The best site i have found is http://blog.public-i.info/2012/02/mapping-candidates-for-the-police-and-crime-commissioner-elections/ naturally its not official and doesn't help hugely. Choosing one of these people, knowing that 99% of the 'promises' they are making are not relevant and impossible makes me want to not bother. They might as well…

Clicky Police shoot to stop. This is utter nonsense. His mother Pam Duggan, 53, said: "I just want the police to admit that they killed my son. Why didn't the police shoot him in the foot instead of in the chest?"

But it has now been stolene and photos of it have been posted on social networking sites, including appearing at several house parties. http://www.dailymail...cused-rape.html. This would never have happened if HMG had kept the Home Office Forensic Science Service. This firm should be banned for life from carrying out tests, it's no good them saying sorry, it should never have happened in the first place. Good job there were phone records of where he was, I hate to think what would have happened if he had been in Manchester on the day in question, he would probably have been sent down for ten years.
