After hiving off Border Force last year and taking it back into the Home Office, Theresa May has applied the same solution to the latest border catastrophe and split UKBA again. This time she's killed the agency for good. So now we will have three sections of the Home Office trying to draw up demarcation lines to enforce one set of immigration laws.Strangely it hasn't worked so far with only two. I guess we'll now have three unit using the warrant card of a non-existent law enforcement agency. No money for a new one.

Marijuana-scented scratch cards are to be posted to Nottinghamshire households in a bid to detect illegal cannabis farms. Crimestoppers said the cards were being posted to 13 areas in England, and would help people to recognise the smell of cannabis in order to report it.
