It would appear that the Police are being blamed again for being at fault when the family of a victim found out about his death on Social Media. The first contact the family had was when a family support officer arrived at the home. A complaint has been made by the family who are alleging that it was a hate crime. http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/greater-manchester-news/rhyan-wilson-death-police-accused-7660000 Now the full details, nitty gritty, are not reporrted but if a youth was stabbed to death the Police would first need to know the identity of the deceased and too be able to verify it. It is reported that relatives of the family were present at t…

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2732885/It-s-hard-imagine-ISIS-killers-quaking-boots-Theresa-May-mocked-Asbos-terrorists.html - I bet all those ISIS Terrorists are very very frightened of getting an ASBO(not), she doesn't really appear to have many ideas on how to stop them. Dave Cameron is monitoring the situation from his 'seaside' holiday, so obviously the situation isn't very serious.

Foolish man!!! A former Metropolitan Police community support officer could face a prison sentence after he admitted selling a story to the Sun newspaper. Paul Randall, 49, pleaded guilty to misconduct in a public office with regard to the story about a supermodel facing an assault allegation. He is due to be sentenced on 18 September and has been granted bail. Judge Timothy Pontius said: "This reveals a serious breach of trust so a prison sentence is likely." "Whether that is so, and if so, what length, will remain entirely a matter for the sentencing judge." Prosecutor Stuart Biggs told the Old Bailey the defendant had contacted the Sun in October 2006 when a "very f…

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-28860213 Im quite intrigued about this idea. Im wondering how it can possibly be worded or proved properly. How do you differentiate between criminal abuse and having a partner who is a complete ass. How do you prove the behaviour is unreasonable. Is someone preventing an alcoholic having access to money acceptable? What about other cultures where one sex or the other is traditionally not allowed access to money, no say on what happens in their life etc? I will look forward to finding out
