A convicted criminal used Facebook to threaten his enemies while in a maximum security prison for conspiracy to murder, it emerged tonight. Colin Gunn, an underworld godfather who ordered the killing of a couple, had his social networking site account shut down yesterday, a source said. The Sunday Times reported the 42-year-old said in one posting: 'I will be home one day and I can't wait to look into certain people's eyes and see the fear of me being there.' A Metropolitan Police officer has pleaded guilty to misconduct after he had sex on duty with a woman he was meant to be helping. Pc James Formby, 31, and a colleague responded to a suspected domestic abuse incident in Bromley last September. He stayed with the woman while a man was taken to a police station, then engaged in sexual activity with the woman, who had been drinking. Formby, who has been suspended from the force, will be sentenced on 1 March. Students arrested over plant food "legal high" drug Students are being warned about the dangers of consuming plant food after seven young people were arrested at a Lancaster nightclub. Doorstaff alerted the police when they found white powder during searches on the students at the Sugar House. Those arrested claimed it was "bubble", an ingredient of plant food called mephedrone that is legal to possess but can be dangerous if taken with alcohol. A group of G20 protesters are to sue the Metropolitan Police after all charges against them were dropped. The 11 protesters were among thousands who took part in the demonstrations in London on 1 April 2009. They were charged with impersonating police after driving a bright blue armoured car into the city. The demonstrators, who go under the label the Space Hijackers, said the charges against them were "ridiculous" and a "waste of taxpayers' money". Police officers discovered him trapped in a chimney breast of a Tesco Express store in Pemberton, Wigan, reports the BBC. Firefighters were called to rescue the man, who became trapped in the chimney as he tried to get out of the supermarket. Police said that because the man was naked he was taken to hospital as a precaution but was treated and discharged before being arrested.
