    FOUR more youths were arrested this morning in connection with the fatal stabbing of a Fulham schoolboy at Victoria station. Police have already charged 12 youths with the murder of 15-year-old Sofyen Belamouadden, who was stabbed at the booking office of the District and Circle Line underground station on during the evening rush hour on Thursday. A post mortem investigation found that Sofyen, who lived in Acton and was a pupil at Henry Compton School in Kingwood Road, Fulham, died of stab wounds. Kanval Nagpal, 61, was the senior practitioner at the Stanhope Road Surgery, in Stanhope Road, Waltham Cross, between 1987 and 2008.     Three men have been arrested under new legislation aimed at protecting women who have been forced into prostitution. They were held by officers at an alleged brothel in Newham, east London, a Metropolitan Police spokesman said. The men, two aged 37 and one aged 35, were questioned on suspicion of paying for the sexual services of a prostitute subjected to force. The 35-year-old was given a caution.     An armed robber who aimed a firearm at a supermarket cashier has been jailed for six years. Scott Brown, 21, entered Tesco Express in Rolle Street, Exmouth at about 2100 GMT on 26 January, Exeter Crown Court was told. Brown, of New Street, Exmouth, threatened people inside the store and the cashier who filled a bag with about £600 before he made off. Brown admitted robbery. The firearm has not been recovered.     An insurance scam in which car accidents are deliberately staged by a claims company to cash in on compensation has been exposed by a BBC investigation in the Midlands. Every year, this kind of fraud costs the insurance industry £400m. Victims of real accidents do, of course, use legitimate claims handling firms to help them get compensation.
