Sgt Delroy Smellie denied attacking Nicola Fisher, 36, of Brighton, at the G20 demonstration in London in April last year. The jungle of red tape is provoking fury among police leaders. http://www.policeoracle.com/news/Governmen...lice_22781.html The jungle of red tape is provoking fury among police leaders.
