My link A good sentence, but it baffles, even annoys me that they put more emphasis on money than life. You get people convicted of manslaughter, causing death by dangerous driving and rape who get less. The judicial system really does need an overaul.

The incident happened on Brentwood High Street on Sunday, 13 September. Essex Police Chief Constable Jim Barker-McCardle told BBC Essex two officers had "been taken off the street and suspended from all duties".
