Good to see the public helping out. Hope Officer is ok. Thou one must feel that this short term in prison is an insult to the Police.

    Surrey Police to pilot mobile phone application in UK first Surrey Police is set to become the first force in the UK to pilot a mobile phone application which will enable users to engage with their local neighbourhood teams.
