http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-dorset-12164811 A police force has denied a four-year crackdown on kerb-crawlers has made sex workers more vulnerable to attack by forcing them to move on to other areas. Of the 52 men arrested for kerb-crawling in east Bournemouth in 2006, 18 were charged compared with the 17 arrests and a single charge last year. English Collective of Prostitutes said the women were being "forced to work in isolated and more dangerous areas". But Dorset Police said its operation "supported and engaged" with the women. Inspector Clodie Sutcliffe, based at Boscombe police station, told BBC News: "I don't agree that we have displaced them. I thin…

David Cameron unveiled the biggest shake-up of the public services in half a century yesterday – which will see even parts of the police service privatised. Businesses, charities and voluntary groups will be allowed to bid to run services in every part of the public services apart from the security services and the judiciary. Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1359307/David-Cameron-plans-privatise-police-service-public-services-shake-up.html#ixzz1EnJuaYJh So Police to be privatized, i am buying all Road traffic units. Bring them all to Stamford hill, except Northamptonshire Police, they have found the M1, well they had yesterday in large numbers.

Four men launched a horrific attack on a teacher in which they slashed his face and left him with a fractured skull because they did not approve of him teaching religion to Muslim girls. Akmol Hussein, 26, Sheikh Rashid, 27, Azad Hussain, 25, and Simon Alam, 19, attacked Gary Smith with a Stanley knife, an iron rod and a block of cement. Mr Smith, who is head of religious education at Central Foundation Girls' School in Bow, east London, also suffered a fractured skull. http://www.newsandstar.co.uk/news/cumbrian-sex-attack-victims-must-go-to-preston-for-examination-1.811957?referrerPath=home Cumbria's sexual assault victims have to travel to Preston for a specialist forensic examination. A journey that takes around 2 hours from most of the county. This is a ridiculous situation, to expect some who is already traumatised to endure a 2 hour car journey just for an examination. Can someone clarify - Is this for all rape and sexual assault cases or is this where there is something particularly specialist needed?

Oh, if only someone would write a bitter song about the miserable justice system of our country, where a slouching youth can smash the face of a beautiful girl with a brick and walk from court with nothing more than a £200 fine and a year to pay it. Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1358693/A-brick-face-beautiful-girl--I-weep-British-justice.html#ixzz1Esi4AG5P More outrageous sentencing. I do wonder what goes through the minds of the magistrates who come up with this nonsense.
