Okay, so as the title says a Traffic Car Crashes and has a blow out, but its the crash that i want to ask you guys about, and what your view of the accident is. As we all know Artic's are not allowed in the third lane unless advised to by Police or When lanes are blocked Ect ect. Although the artic is at fault, as he is not allowed in the third lane and the lorry driver did not check his mirrors because he would see the patrol car coming, because the Head's where flashing.
