Hi All, Any feedback, advice or comments are welcome... I've waits for SC recruitment for some years now and finally accepted a position starting next month. The dilemma I have is that I have also been selected for PCSO, a nice delink a to have I know but still a dilemma and I've been asked to select which position I would like to remain part of as I can't proceed in both. Long term my ambition is to join the regulars but would have to take a large salary decrease to join PCSO this year. I know the roles are very different as I have previously served as SC for 5 years What should I do?

Hi All, I have my PCSO interview and assessment on Friday and the invite states that in addition to the standard CBQ from my application we will be questioned on the following: - The Work of SWP - SWP Ethics I've done some research and aware of the work SWP complete but nothing really mentioned about the ethical side. The Website shows the Mission, Vision and Values but not sure if the invitation is referring to general ethical standards. Can anyone direct me or offer advice please?

Hi All, Have a drugs test coming up and the letter states they will take a hair sample (approx 3cm) but mine is shaved. Any ideas?
