Hi everyone I have just been offered an appointment for pc and been for my uniform fitting. Just wondering if anyone knows the make of the boots we get issued?

Hi all. It's been over a month since I completed my medical and fitness test successfully, having also passed the other aspects (interview, pir, welsh test) first time. Now there is that wait whilst references are checked during the vetting stage. I was told by a lady in the recruitment department that it would be for the may 21 intake, therefore I should have word a month in advance, by April 21. A friend told me her friend's bloke had heard and was successful. Whether this is the case for the may intake, or even true, I don't know. Just fretting a bit now as I am raring to get started. Any help, advice, etc in shedding more light on this wait is most appreciated. Chee…

Hi... Passed my PIR last week, i've already done the medical, and i think my references are currently being checked i think... Janet Hewitt said provided i pass the vetting/ref checks are all okay, then i should be good for an interview. I know i have to pass the interview to do the welsh test, but i was just wondering if anybody has any idea what format the welsh test is (oral, written or a bit of both) I know my basics...place names, numbers, courtesy etc... and i've been brushing up on those, but im dyslexic, so i struggle with english let alone welsh!! any help would be greatly appreciated! kayleigh x
