Hi all, I have my welcome meeting this week and I'm rather looking forward to it, and then next week I have my week long induction to NWP. I was curious if there's any current or recent specials that can give me an insight to what happens during the first week, I believe uniform is issued on the fourth day, however I'd love to know what happens during that week to ease the first time nerves so to speak! Hi all, Would I need to declare it on an application for to the police service if i've made a subject access request? Would a defaulted debt that I have made payments on, but subsequently its not showing on my credit file, cause me problems at the vetting stage? Its for just over 1k. I have declared this. Hello All, Just wanted to make a short introduction on the NWP board as I'm currently less than a week away from my specials formal interview. Hello all, I know no body will be able to give me a definite answer, but your thoughts and input would be great. A few years ago I applied to be a special constable, I passed everything but then failed the vetting. I have noticed that my local force are going to be recruiting again, so I emailed the recruitment team, to ask the vetting department if there was any point in me applying again. They responded saying it seems like I have made a lot of changes in my life so I will need to be re vetted. Hello to everyone. I am currently preparing my North Wales Police Special Constable application and I have a few questions. 1. When does the current window for submissions of applications close? 2. When are the 2015 intakes? Is there more than one intake this year? Is the intake date optional for the applicant? 3.
