I've got an application in to NWP as a PC, just wanting to ask some questions. Where does the training take place? I'm assuming its the St. Asaph station? Is there any accommodation there (like some forces) or do you find somewhere close to live? Thanks. RT!

Hi, I have just had a letter telling me that my accessment centre mark is only valid for two years and in July(passed in 2009 and completed entire process in october) my application will be binned as they wont be recruiting till at least Autumn! Anyone else had this bad news?

I have recently applied for North Wales police Specials and was wondering what the interview consists of because i served as a special with west mercia and the interview was competency's based on what you wrote in your application form, however there doesn't really seem to be any competency in my application form. Hi all, just a quick question. Does anyone know why North Wales Specials have 'Police Support' on their backs ? Thought it is unusual as most force Specials that i have seen just have the standard 'Police', but 'SC' on their epaulette's. Thanks! Dom

Job's a good'un folks. It was all peaceful on the Promenade Front with no major upsets from the football either.
