A cyclist proceeds through a green light, whereby a 'phone zombie' pedestrian glued to her screen walks out into the road without looking. She looks up and sees the cyclist but steps backwards and collides with the cyclist who tried to cycle behind her as an evasive manoeuvre. The cyclist was knocked out and the pedestrian received a minor head injury. I cannot understand the mentality of Gemma Brushett in having the cheek to sue a cyclist after walking out in the road.
