    A sexual misconduct investigation is underway at the University of Derby involving six male students who have been suspended over alleged comments made in an online forum about raping female students, five of the students were Special Constables (two of whom were serving with Derbyshire Police) who were on a policing course.     On the 8th April the High Court ruled in favour of the respondents to three Unexplained Wealth Orders (UWOs), secured by the NCA in May 2019, and discharged the orders. The NCA disagrees with the judgment and will appeal. The details of this case are concerned with the ability of law enforcement to use UWOs to compel individuals to detail the source of funds used to purchase assets that they hold. This is distinct from whether the assets themselves are recoverable under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.     Officers from the joint NCA and Police Scotland Organised Crime Partnership have today arrested a man from Glasgow in connection with the alleged importation of firearms. OCP investigators executed a warrant in Bishopsgate Gardens, Colston, this morning, where they detained the 53-year-old.
