Hi is anyone doing or passed the founation degree at Northampton university in Policing, just wandering how people are getting on with it and what Northamptonshire police are telling you to do once you have completed that degree for getting into the police service as there is a freeze on atm. mike

Hi All, I Have my first interview coming up for Northamptonshire, the interview is before the fitness test and before the assessment centre. I have done a serious amount of research into the force, the local area, attributes for being an officer etc. and written new competance questions and revised the ones from my application with backups in context. Is there anyone who can narrow down for me the structure and what to expect on this first interview as I would like to be better prepared for it with clear answers as opposed to the variety I am trying to remember at the moment. Any Help appreciated, Thanks
