For those of you that don't read Routine Orders, or your police emails (surprisingly many of you) Lincs Police is currently recruiting regulars from internal staff only. That includes Specials. For anyone who is interested. These opportunities dont come around often.

Anybody starting the July weekend course? I'm getting pretty nervous now!

The recruitment process: Papersift Interview Medical Vetting Acceptance Training: Every other weekend for 3 months Uniform is identical to regulars, except for SC on the epaulettes. The collar number starts with a 2. Same kit (cuffs, CS Spray, Baton) Can drive after 1 year.

So, I got my interview date through and it is on Wednesday. I'm quite (a lot) nervous for it, after the interview I had through Humberside! Is it going to be in the same 5 comptencies as I had with Humpol? Any advice would be a great help!

Hi All, I have my interview next Tuesday and im slightly concerned over the Race & diversity topic that i know for sure will come up in the interview. The problem i have is i have never really had to deal with anybody in any particular type of situation that has related to the topic in hand, obviously i have respect for the issue, but really don't know what i could use in the interview. Any Help?

Hi guys, Long time observer first time topic-starter! I just got my uniform today ready for the Oct intensive Lincs Specials intake which is two weeks long... I have heard rumours we wouldn't be attested until December though?? Anyone else heard any rumours? J

Anyone around here that applied for the January intake? I transferred from Humberside before training started so I have to go through everything again and wondering what stage you're at? I've just cleared the paper application and just waiting for my interview date.

Hey Guys and gals... I'm a special sergeant from Dyfed-Powys in Mid & West Wales... We have recently acquired a new ACC, Carl Langley. I just wondered what the special constabulary was like in Lincolnshire when he was with you guys, as there are loads of positive rumours flying around HQ at the moment in regards to him bringing in driving courses etc for us.
