Hello Has anybody else had there positing for the July intake due to start the 21st July. This is for regs?

Last Saturday (26th April) i had my interview for lincs specials at Gainsborough. At the end of the interview I was told I'd here if I was successful or not in the next few days, a week later I've heard nothing back. Is this normal? How long does it roughly take to find out what's happening. When I first applied and was told if passed short listing it took them a long time to give me an interview (two months to be precise) so is it going to be the same again and take them ages to tell me if I've been successful or not?

So, I've had the call to say I've passed the interview. Which is good. Pending checks, I've been offered the July intake. I've requested weekends (as I work full-time and don't have enough leave to take two weeks off) however have two weeks holiday in the school summer holidays, which appears to be an issue as I will miss one or two weekends. HR are going to "ask" if this means I am unable to join the July course, but the woman who phoned didn't seem to think it was going to be possible for me to miss any sessions. I'm not sure about the logic of running a course, of which it is impossible to miss any of, slap-bang over the school summer holidays, but I await further inf…

I was interviewed mid last week for lincs and was told afterwards that I'd definitely hear within the week, but probably within two days. Nothing yet so I'm assuming this is not good news? Thought interview went well, but you don't really know what the marking criteria are, so impossible to tell. I've seen elsewhere on here that people were contacted (also lincs) within 48 hours with the outcome of their interview, although they were unsuccessful. Any thoughts?

Just a quick one for people who don't know. Lincs have just opened up the recruitment for PC, applications are being accepted until early September so I believe. Good Luck

I passed the application and interview, should have no problems with the medical at the end of the month. They hinted the training dates will be around March/April time, I really wanna speak to other people like me or people who already specials, Is anyone else in this situation? or Is any one a Lincs Special around the Horncastle Louth and Wolds area?
