Although I can only believe what I have read in the media, Russia is very clever in the way it does politics. They have seen an opening in Syria and taken it, using the threat of IS as a front and reasoning behind air strikes on rebel groups and civilians that oppose President Assad. I read in the news today that since Russia has began its air campaign in Syria, "unknown" fighter jets have had radar lock for several minutes on a number of Turkish jets, which is the first step in engagement - not to mention the aircraft that have crossed in to Turkish airspace. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-34453739 What do you think Russia's intervention in Syria will come to…

The Police Commander of the Countries Capital City, Bogota, has stated this week, that he can't guarantee the safety of the residents of the City, because he only has 6000 Officers per Shift!!!!! Yes, that's right, six thousand officers per shift, to cover one city. When in the job, even working a large town with surrounding villages, we were lucky if we could put out 60, and that was on a good day! The problem in Colombia is not the quantity of Officers, it is the quality... there is a lack of training, there is no motivation, and the pay is abysmal. I don't live in Bogota, but near the second biggest City here, Medellin, likewise they have so many Officers on …
