Seems to be a popular measure but I have some misgivings when it comes to those who may be the victim of a miscarriage of justice. A situation whereby a person could be imprisoned for a murder they didn't commit is bad enough but one where they could be kept in prison until they reveal the location of a body they can't possibly know of is even worse. I can fully understand the reasoning behind it and I do support the point, I just feel deeply uneasy about how this will work in practice.
