A government worker has been arrested accused of taking top secret information, US officials say. Harold Thomas Martin III, 51, is charged with theft of government property and unauthorised removal of "highly classified" materials. The Justice Department confirmed he worked for Booz Allen Hamilton, the same contractor that employed National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden.
