Good Afternoon Having served for a total of 28yrs in two different forces in the South of England, I stumbled over this forum site by accident. Amongst other tasks, I did quite a lot of PPE evaluations so quickly formed my own opinions of what is good and what is not. I look forward to participating in future forums! Best Regards

Hello all. Just signed up to contribute (hopefully) intelligently to threads from an ambulance service (boo! Hiss!) point of view. Much more in common than that which divides us in my humble :) Anyway, I was drawn to this forum via the thread on parking which had me shaking my head at the ignorance of the BBC. I'll probably start there! JG

Hi just introducing myself, I have been on the waiting list to start with West Mercia Police for about a year and have just transferred my application to Gwent Police in order to start sooner as I have now been told there is up to a 3 year wait to start with West Mercia.
