    I have followed this case and tried to view it through an objective lens but, through doing so, I suspect that an Appeal Court will overturn this ruling. The Jury convicted Hepburn of ‘oral rape’ in relation to the pre-intercourse act of oral sex before the actual sexual intercourse, whereby the Jury chose to disbelieve the victim that she ‘laid back and kept her eyes closed’ for a duration of sex that lasted circa 20 minutes before realising that her sexual conquest was with an entirely different (albeit, a far better looking) person than the random shag she chose to go home with.
