The Police Investigations and Review Commissioner (Pirc) said the officer should undergo refresher training and reassessment in the use of the weapon. The incident happened in Quakerfield last September. The Pirc report said the 28-year-old man did not appear to be "posing any imminent threat to officers".     Guns and tasers seized following NCA operation 28 April 2019 A man has been charged with possession and the supply of firearms after a National Crime Agency operation in Norfolk. 44-year-old Jurijs Ragozins from Kings Lynn was arrested by officers from the NCA's Armed Operations Unit on All Saints Street in the town on the afternoon of Friday 26 April.     A group involved in the manufacture and supply of up to 3,000 counterfeit identity documents has been jailed. Following a proactive investigation by the Metropolitan Police Service, officers found the group had been involved in the supply and production of false identity documents at two venues in north London and were laundering the proceeds of their criminal enterprise through bank accounts they were controlling.
