http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/2010/may/21/anonymity-rape-defendants The proposal boosts the belief most rape-accusers are lying – and would stop fellow victims of tried rapists coming forward. " Which means that most men arrested on suspicion of rape will never be named because the vast majority never get to court." So, if it does not get to court, then this person is still not guilty, i see no reason why his name should be dragged through the mud. I am sure i have more to say on this subject, but not without 12 hours sleep.

A girl of eight yesterday said she had lied about being raped by two ten-year-olds. The youngster told the Old Bailey she had wanted to play with the boys because she thought it would be 'fun'. Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1278119/Girl-8-tells-court-lied-raped-year-old-boys.html#ixzz0nt65QijZ Unfreakinbelievable, how in the name of god did a eight year old find out that by claiming rape she could get people to see matters her way? It appears we are to believing when it comes to kids, and would tests on the girl not have shown she was not telling the truth?

Two of the youngest boys to be charged with rape appeared at the Old Bailey today. The schoolboys were only 10 when they were accused of rape offences by an eight-year-old girl in October, last year, in Hayes, west London. A youngster of 11 and a boy of ten, who cannot be identified, face two charges each of rape and two charges each of attempted rape. The trial will be before Mr Justice Saunders and lawyers will dispense with their wigs for the hearings. Today a jury was sworn in to try the pair, before the case was adjourned until Tuesday. Mr Justice Saunders said: 'This case with two very young defendants brings with it unique difficulties and problems.' The boy…

Community support officers have revealed why they really join the police... to blag cut-price food and free coffee. Writing on an unofficial website for PCSOs, which also lets them set up dates with other officers, they boast of getting discounts by flashing their police badges - even though accepting free gifts could get them the sack. In one entry on P.C.S.O.com, which has 1,300 members, an officer brags that the job is brilliant because he always gets 50 per cent off pizzas from Domino's. Officers also crow about getting 10 per cent off at KFC and Subway as well as free drinks from Starbucks - dubbed "Cops' Coffee" by officers. Another post, from "Turkish Geezer", s…
