The traffic warden was spotted hiding behind some bins No, this isn’t something from an awkward comedy sketch. It’s a parking warden who’s apparently been hiding behind bins to catch unsuspecting motorists and dish out tickets. The warden, who works for private parking firm UKPC, was caught on CCTV crouching behind large bins, allegedly in the hope of pouncing on vehicles without a ticket. We bet he’s really popular. The warden was filmed on CCTV Darren Clarke, who owns Canterbury Plumbing Supplies, spotted the warden on his property. ‘I saw someone hiding behind my bins.
