Hey, I'm in the process of the police application, currently waiting on my assessment results.

Hi, I've recently in the past week been for my final interview with a panel of three officers. I felt confident and came out thinking I had answered the questions well. Towards the end, the panel asked me my age and when I told them I was 20 I think they were quite surprised. At this stage will they make any decisions based on my age or is it purely about my performance in relation to their marking criteria? Will my age be a factor even if I got above the pass mark ? In my area, it's quite rare to see young police officers. Thanks for any help !

HI, I am looking for some advice. I'm an ex police officer having served with Essex Police and left 5 years ago. I'm looking at rejoining the police in Gibraltar. Has anybody recently left the UK to join the Royal Gibraltar Police? If so I would appreciate and advice on the recruitment process. Thanks in advance.

Hi all, I have passed the assessment centre and on the 22nd July I have my fitness test and then on the 28th July I have my interview. Anyone know how long it is until you find out if you've passed the interview? Also what's the training schedule like for West Yorkshire? Many thanks, James
