A thug repeatedly stamped on a woman’s head during a robbery for just £20 as witnesses stood by filming the attack on their phones. The 45-year-old victim, who police described as vulnerable, was left with a fractured skull after the horrific attack in the early afternoon. Her arm was broken in several places and she was left lying injured on the pavement in Brixton, south London. https://www.standard.co.uk/news/crime/bystanders-film-on-phones-as-thug-repeatedly-stamps-on-womans-head-during-robbery-for-20-a3745941.html Makes me mad when people wont help and they cant call the police and only stood by filming the attack on their phones.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5265409/Police-ordered-change-way-recruit-dog-handlers.html I can think of few times when any officer would be expected to run 10 miles before carrying a German Shepherd dog up a hill. I know it is an article from the Mail but it is the report of a Discrimination case. Some of the comments in the paper are interesting.

Twenty-five years after the murder of Stephen Lawrence some police forces are still institutionally racist, a black officers' leader has said. National Black Police Association (NBPA) president Tola Munro said forces needed to do more to recruit black and minority ethnic (BME) officers. Figures show 6.3% of police officers in England and Wales are BME, compared to 14% of the population. The Home Office said it was "clear that there is more for forces to do". http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-42702432
