Lancashire Constabulary

Hi Lancs Folks, Just wanted to pop in and say hi! I'm just in the process of transferring to your good selves touch wood as an SI. Anything of note worth knowing about Eastern which is where I'm hoping to go? Hope to meet some of you in person if/when my transfer is completed. Cheers, Buck Sent from my iPhone using Police Community

All Lancs SC's, I'm sure you aware of the dutysheet availability setting being activated. As a result of the threatened being escalated to highest, please take time (A minute or two at most, I've just done it) to update your availability over he next week, even if you cannot make it in at all. It greatly helps supervision with any required planning and would be appreciated. Please don't just ignore it

Trying to find info on Bodycam training. I can see a box in Dutysheet related to date passed for the course, and the reg I was working with said it was a course on NCALT. I'm probably being dumb, but can't find it. Saw how nice people suddenly become once they know they're being filmed, and like the conflict deescalation option they have. Also obviously as long as you have video of something it is no longer my word against someone else.

Just received my link for pre reads, have logged on and changed password. Get the dashboard up but what do I do from there. When I click on a module it says you cannot enroll for this module... anyone help pls .. thanks

Hi , Is there any way of knowing where abouts in the vetting process my application is up to. Just had an email asking for employers contact details for references. Is this the start of the process or could this be the last checks that are needed. thanks

Could someone please advise me when I would get the results from my medical for special constable, applied to Lancashire . Have my medical tomorrow and was just wondering how long it would take for them to let me know the results. Thanks

Can anyone help me.... I am trying to find out what the shift pattern is for Lancashire Police South Division (Response). I am told it is a 5 or 10 week shift pattern that the response teams work on, does anyone know what the pattern looks like.... if so could they post it up here. Many thanks

Hi All, Has anyone had their Hep B jabs done anywhere in Lancs, ideally around Preston? Looking to have mine done, but my GP has refused outright, despite my offer to pay, saying it's my 'employers' responsibility and I've also been told that Lancs won't provided it as it is not a necessity. Any advice would be great as I don't particulary fancy any cirrhosis of my liver... despite the 'low risk'. Cheers.

Just out of curiosity and because the lancs forum doesn't see much talk, I'd like to know if anyone else has applied? Thought I'd make a thread so we could chat about it. Does anyone have any news, rumours or updates Regards Aric Sent from my iPhone using Police Community
