Hi all, So I've just been offered a staff role with Avon and Somerset Police working in Portishead. I have submitted my vetting documents and medical questionnaire etc. I am just concerned that I may fail the vetting.. basically I am adopted. My biological mum was unstable (alcoholic, drug user and prosititue) I was rarely in her care and was adopted at 7 months. I've never lived with her (bar from when I was first born of course). She has no influence in my life at all. I have half brothers and half sisters who I don't have contact with either.
