    Return to News 25 January 2019 The ringleader of an organised criminal network behind hundreds of attempts to smuggle migrants into the UK has been extradited to Belgium today to serve a ten year jail sentence. 31-year-old Albanian national Alket Dauti was arrested by officers from the National Crime Agency at his home address in Penge, south-east London, in June 2018.
