    Latest news Man charged with attempted rape in Birmingham 23/04/2016 Detectives investigating an attempted rape at a Birmingham city centre hotel have charged a 21-year-old man. Unemployed Nohman Ali from Stoney Lane, Sparkhill, was charged with attempted rape last night (Friday 22 April) and was remanded to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court today. The attack happened in the early hours of Sunday 17 April at around 1.30am.     Latest news Birmingham man sought for breach of order 22/04/2016 Police are searching for a Birmingham man wanted for breaching a non-molestation order. Sandeep Dosanjh, aged 25, has breached the order three times since it was issued last year and attempts to arrest him have been unsuccessful. Dosanjh’s last known address was in Edith Road, Smethwick and he is believed to have stayed in the local area.
