Hi, I have applied for ride along request with Warwickshire police, as i have assessment centre in march what do i expect from that day

Hope someone sees this and can provide answers. Doesn't seem to be the liveliest section of the forum Where does Warwickshire Police do their training, and is it residential? I am going through the process, and have emailed HR, only to get a reply asking to call, which isn't easy because of my working hours when compared to theirs

Hi all. I have had confirmation of my first attachment today and I have been told I am at Greys. Forgive me if this sounds silly but where is Greys as I chose to go to Stratford. Apologies for another thread on this. I was applying for Warwickshire and West Mercia as a SC. I've just failed my online situational judgement test on Apollo. I thought it was a bit strange as I got 88/100 in behavioural. I don't think I picked any answers that reflected badly. I'll reapply again in 6 months time but I don't see why any of my answers would need changing. Am I going in with the wrong mindset? Is there something I'm missing? I did float towards the middle for a few because I felt the information given was too vague. My leadership scores were like 50% and everything else floated around the 10%. Thanks!

Good evening, Is anyone active in the Warwickshire forum? I'm due to start training at leek wooton on the 22nd of July subject to references. Just wondered if anyone else on here was on that course?

After applying back in March, I've finally received an official offer today! I will start training on the 22nd of July for Warwickshire police! Happy is an understatement!

Good afternoon everybody, I'm currently going through the recruitment process to become a special constable for Warwickshire police, I've passed the assessment centre at the start of May. Just passed the medical and fitness test and have my uniform fitting on Friday. I'm a little bit worried about the vetting stage. I handed in my vetting forms at the assessment centre and haven't heard anything yet, but the reason why I am worried is because of my juvenile caution 6 years ago. I applied this time last year and received a rejection letter explaining that due to my caution they weren't going to proceed with my application. However the second time of applying it seems it…

I completely forgot to ask this with my other post, but here we are. When I received my medical date, HR put in the email that I DO NOT need to attend biometric vetting. Anybody have any idea why this is? I still got advised to have it done anyway on the day, by the occupational health nurse and did have it done, but I'm just a little curious as to why I wouldn't have to attend! Thanks

Hi everyone, I have finally been given a date to start as a regular with Warwickshire/West Mercia Police! I've been told that I will be posted to the North Warwickshire area. I know what neighbourhoods are included in the North area i.e Rugby, Nuneaton ect! What I don't know (and maybe I should at this stage) is where the response hub is for the area! Would anyone know where exactly the response hub is for the area? I am assuming this is where I am likely to be posted when I initially come out of training? Matt
