Basically, does anyone know anything about it?

My wife set up a business back in 2014, and comissioned a logo for her website and social media.

She has discovered yesterday that someone in South Africa has taken that logo and is using it on her Facebook business page, doing the same job as my wife.

My wife has sent a message to this page giving her 24 hours to stop using it now and in the future, and that she and her graphic designer are not happy.

How would she go about escalating this if needed? Facebook seem hard to contact to try and pull the page, is there anything else that can be done? I realise it may seem 'small potatoes', but she has worked extremely hard over the last few years to get where she is now, and is really annoyed someone has swaggered in and done this.

any help would be appreciated, thanks :)

Mods, I felt it fit here, but obviously move as you see fit!

Find a solicitor who specialises in this kind of thing. The graphic designer may well have some advice...

Thanks. The graphic designer doesn't know anything we don't. Well look into it further :)
